Old Navy seems to be one of America’s favorite stores. And if you like to save money, it’s also one of the best places to shop because of the coupons and other deals they offer. If you’re an Old Navy Shopper (and if you’re not, maybe you should be), you’ll save money using tips that tell you when and how you should be shopping there. Here are some of the best.
1. Shop Monday or Tuesday
Why? Because as most employees will tell you (if you ask), they usually have their markdowns done by Monday night. If you wait until the weekend — when most people tend to shop — the best deals are bound to be picked over. Keep an eye out for markdowns on kids and baby stuff.
2. Online Coupons are Better
Most often, you’ll find better deals at OldNavy.com than you’ll find in the store. Online coupon codes are almost always available, but in-store coupons are hard to find.
3. Numbers Game
Prices that end in .99, .47, .49, or .97 are usually the best deals. These items have been marked down to clearance level,  and this is probably the best price you’ll find for that item. So if it’s something you really want or need and it ends with one of those numbers, buy it now. Markdowns on clothes for the gym are always a great find at Old Navy.
4. Text for Deals
Sign up for text deals by going online or texting OLDNVY to 653-689. You’ll get a $5 off a purchase of $35 or more. After that, you’ll keep receiving weekly coupons.
5. One-Day Deals
Your best reason to hit up an Old Navy store is the one-day deals offered there. While online deals are consistently cheaper, one-day in-store deals are usually the best. These specials are usually offers a couple of times per week. Follow your local store on social media to get a heads up.
